The fleet management market is expected to be worth 22.35 Billion USD by 2020. We have a product that makes our clients including Porsche Group, Coca Cola, Orange… happy. Thus, we are looking for an outstanding Telesales Manager that will be floor manager of the telesales team for the USA market.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working closely with our Sales Manager and CEO located in USA, you will be responsible for managing the Telesales team. You will oversee the daily running and management of a call-center, overseeing a sales team, meeting any sales targets and the development and training of telesales staff.

 

Telesales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team
  • Ensuring the team meets the sales targets
  • Sales training, development, and performance management
  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries
  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
  • Forecasting and analysing sales data
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors
  • Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s

 

Need To Have:

  • Fluent English speaker, excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Be available to work in US Central time hours, from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Macedonian time
  • Be eager to learn about GPS fleet management solutions and the USA market
  • Have developed market research skills, and knowledge how to identify leads and build a pipeline
  • Have the confidence to help the telesales agents and close any deal
  • Initiator and self-starter
  • Telesales experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Detail oriented

 

Nice To Have

  • Experience in SaaS sales
