Wanted: Client Success Manager – ambitious minds eager to work for the USA market!

Bransys is an international IT company. We are a provider of GPS fleet and asset management software and hardware solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. Thus, we are looking for outstanding Client Success Manager that will be in direct communication with the USA clients.

 

Client Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding, coaching, inspiring and motivating sales and support teams
  • Sales and support training, development, and performance management
  • Managing multi-location teams
  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Developing and maintaining long-term successful relationships with the clients
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries on high level
  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales and clients data
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors
  • Keep records of client transactions and monthly invoice reports

 

Need To Have

  • Fluent English speaker, excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Be available to work in US Central time hours – from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Chicago time
  • Strong analytical and management skills
  • Initiator and self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Have developed market research skills, and knowledge how to identify leads and build a pipeline
  • Have the confidence to help the sales agents and close any deal
  • Experience in US trucking industry (working with ELD rule, dispatching or safety in trucking)
  • Cold-calling experience is a PLUS
  • Experience managing a team
  • Previous experience with Microsoft CRM is a BIG PLUS
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a PLUS
