Bransys is an IT company with expertise in automotive IoT platforms and services. Our main focus is on Fleet Management solutions being from basic tracking to advanced intelligent solutions for asset tracking and management. With the upcoming expansion, we are now looking for a Customer Support Representative, who will work closely with the QA team and the clients. As a Customer Support Representative, we expect you to provide outstanding support for all clients and collaborators of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Work with software’s like Odoo and 3CX
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Working in three shifts, including a night shift
- 6 days a week, 8 hours a day
Required skills & experience:
- Fluent in English;
- Experience with GPS or technical knowledge is preferred;
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience;
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
- Experience with Odoo is a PLUS.
We offer:
- Fully remote position;
- Option to grow from trainee to Tier 2 advanced level;
- Gross monthly budget range: $150-$250.
