Responsibilities:

• Building an employer branding strategy
• Building company culture
• Recruiting
• Cultivate a strong brand identity
• Pitching & presentations
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and websites
• Identify industry trends
• Create marketing analytics reports and present to management
• Planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns
• Organizing (from A to Z) and exhibiting at worldwide expos, B2B events, Networking events…

Required skills & experience:

• 1+ year experience in digital marketing or recruiting
• Creative thinking
• Communication
• Problem-solving
• Social media fan (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Content writing
• Analytics
• Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Canva designs, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite or Odoo is a PLUS
