Open position in Skopje – B2B Sales Specialist

Bransys is an international company with offices in Chicago, Belgrade and Skopje. We are a provider of GPS fleet management and software solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. Thanks to our relentless, passion and innovation driven culture, we have grown from a small company to a corporation that now operates on 3 continents.

We have a product that makes our clients including Porsche Group, Coca Cola, Orange… happy. Thus, we are looking for an outstanding B2B sales specialist that will be part of our team.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Customer acquisition,
  • Ensures quality of service and level of customer satisfaction according to our company standard,
  • Continuous penetration of the Business market with full scope of our Products and Services,
  • Organizes contacts, meetings and negotiations with Business customers,
  • Maintains current base of Business customers,
  • Monitors and assures customer payment behavior,
  • Reporting of activities and results to superiors,
  • Coordinates with other departments,
  • Realizes determined tasks, meeting deadlines.

 

Need To Have

  • Outstanding customer orientation paired with in-depth understanding or our product-portfolio and those of our competitors,
  • Developed analytical skills support by IT knowledge,
  • Team-player with a sense of humor, flexibility, quick adaptability and hands-on-attitude,
  • Assertiveness and the ability to win the support of others,
  • Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications and presentation skills,
  • Willingness to go the extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Min 2 years experience in sales,
  • Active driver valid driving license (B category).

 

Nice To Have

  • Experience in PANTHEON and CRM,
  • Customer experience will be an advantage,
  • Experience in SOFTWARE sales or B2B sales.
