Customer & Process Support Manager

Bransys is an international IoT company. We are a provider of GPS fleet and asset management software and hardware solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. Thus, we are looking for outstanding Customer & Process Support Manager that will be in direct communication with clients all over the world.

 

Need To Have

  • Fluent English speaker, excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Be available to work in shifts
  • Strong analytical, design and troubleshooting skills and server-side debugging skills
  • Technical knowledge and basic knowledge of SQL
  • Customer care experience
  • Client support experience
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to communicate with difficult customers
  • Good understanding of customer needs
  • Previous experience with Microsoft CRM is a BIG PLUS
  • Experience managing a team is a PLUS
