Open position in Macedonia – HR & Office Management

Bransys is an IT company with expertise in automotive IoT platforms and services. Our main focus is on Fleet Management solutions being from basic tracking to advanced intelligent solutions for asset tracking and management. With the upcoming projects and expos in US, we are now looking for a HR & Office Manager, who doesn’t mind traveling round the world, to join our operational team.

  • Office management
  • HR administration
  • Recruiting
  • Headhunting
  • HR Screenings
  • Conducting HR interviews
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Performance scale up testing
  • Payroll coordination and invoices
  • Archives, inventory and other operational activities
  • Building an employer branding strategy
  • Building company culture
  • Organizing and exhibiting at worldwide expos, B2B events, Networking events…

 

Required skills & experience:

  • 1+ year experience in recruiting
  • Creative thinking
  • Communication
  • Problem-solving
  • Social media fan (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Analytics
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Canva designs, WordPress or Odoo is a PLUS
