Business Development Manager – Full-time
Bransys Group has an opening for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for sales to accounts in North America. The successful incumbent will work with a team responsible to generate revenue to support corporate financial objectives, provide strategic customer and channel partner management, and to coordinate resources to successfully increase BRANSYS’s market share in this region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and execute an indirect sales strategy to ensure our success;
- Maintain and advance key relationships and loyalty to become a trusted advisor thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and driving incremental revenue;
- Provide RFP support for sales opportunities and make joint sales calls to help close sales;
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, custom solutions, and more to ensure Bransys’s products and services meet their ongoing requirements;
- Actively understand our technology, solution and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of our solution;
- Prepare and give Bransys product presentations to customers. Coordinate additional resources as needed and appropriate;
- Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts in a predictable, consistent and disciplined manner, for future sales and revenue levels;
- Provide timely and accurate monthly sales reports and trip reports in a disciplined manner, to help the company increase its knowledge of what is happening on the region;
- Possess absolute ability to close deals in a professional manner with the highest standard of integrity.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Highly motivated, competitive individual with superior communications skills;
- Previous experience with consulting sales preferred;
- Connect with leads to sell telematic products and service;
- Experience using CRM and lead management tools is preferred;
- Ambitious, competitive and focused on achieving goals;
- Superior organizational skills and outstanding communication skills, including the willingness to voice opinions in a constructive/confident manner;
- English language is required, ability to communicate in other languages is beneficial;
- Outstanding attention to detail is required as this is a high impact position within our organization and the industry;
- The job requires travel for this role, and flexible work hours are expected at times;
- A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude;
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven track record (i.e. revenue and market share) in the following markets; waste management, logistics and transportation.
Remuneration and contract terms will be discussed individually and defined according to personal skills, competences and experience.
