Bransys is a rapidly growing IT company specializing in automotive IoT platforms and services. Our expertise ranges from essential Fleet Management tracking tools to advanced, intelligent solutions for asset tracking and management. With new projects and international expos on the horizon—especially across the US—we’re looking for an Administration and Finance Representative who’s ready to support our operational team and occasionally travel the world.
💼 Responsibilities
Finance & Operations
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed financial reports
- Work with ERP systems such as Odoo, Pantheon, and SEG
- Oversee system implementations and ensure accurate data entry
- Manage contracts, invoicing, and coordination with outsourced accounting teams
- Maintain financial records, track invoices, and ensure proper inventory and documentation matching
Administration
- Oversee daily office management and smooth operational flow
- Handle HR administration, payroll coordination, and invoice processing
- Manage material accounting and stock inventory
- Coordinate office services including facilities, safety protocols, office supplies, and pantry needs
- Create PowerPoint presentations and maintain various Excel spreadsheets and documents
- Foster effective professional relationships across teams, management, and external partners
- Serve as a proactive problem solver, liaison, and facilitator for administrative support
- Support other administrative team members when needed
- Contribute to building and strengthening company culture
🛠 Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Solid knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar) with the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience with Odoo is a plus
- Experience with AI is a plus
