Tech support & QA

Location: Belgrade

Experience in customer service will be an advantage in the selection of an employee because it will show that you have the desire to communicate and work with people.

Required skills:

Knowing the technical background, employer wants you to be able to explain complex information in a simple, clear vocabulary, to buyers who are not IT educated. Besides this, we need you to have:

• The ability to evaluate the technical knowledge of each customer/employee
• Ability to comunicate with difficult customers
• Logical thinking
• Good analytical skills, as well as troubleshooting
• Technical knowledge
• Understanding the software and equipment that customers / employees use
• Good understanding of customer needs
• Keeping accurate records
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Potrebne veštine:

Poznajuci tehnićku pozadinu, poslodavać zeli da budete u stanju da objasnite kompleksne informacije jednostavnim, jasnim  recnikom, kupcima koji nisu IT edukovani. Osim toga potrebno nam je I da imate:

• Sposobnost da proceni informaticko znanje svakog kupca/zaposlenog
• Sposobnost razgovora sa teškim kupcima
• Logicko razmišljanje
• Dobre analiticke veštine, kao I rešavanje problema
• Tehnićko znanje
• Razumevanje softvera I opreme koju kupci/zaposleni koriste
• Dobro poznavanje potreba kupaca
• Vodjenje taćne evidencije
• Osnovno znanje SQL
