Bransys is an international IT company. We are a provider of GPS fleet management and software solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. Thus, we are looking for outstanding tech support specialist that will be in direct communication with our clients.
Need To Have
- Fluent English speaker, excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
- Fluent in Macedonian or Serbian language, with outstanding business communications skills
- Strong analytical, design and troubleshooting skills and server-side debugging skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience with Microsoft CRM is a BIG PLUS
Responsibilities
- Client support
- Opening tickets in the CRM platform
- Analytics, troubleshooting and debugging
- Coordination with hardware installation teams, QA team and dev team
- Ticket follow-ups
- Client satisfaction surveys
